Emeritus Partner - Charles Hamlin, M.D.
Dr. Hamlin was a founding member of Hand Surgery Associates, enjoying well over thirty years with the practice. He received a liberal arts degree from Yale College, a Bachelor of Medical Science from Dartmouth Medical School, and his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. He was an orthopedic resident at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and spent a fellowship year in hand surgery with J. William Littler, also in New York.
He is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and received their Humanitarian Award in 2001. He is also a member of the American Orthopaedic Association and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, earning their Volunteer Service award in 2007.
Dr. Hamlin retired from Hand Surgery Associates in 2008.
