Patient Rights & Responsibilities

In 1998, the U.S. Advisory Commission on Consumer Protection & Quality in the Healthcare Industry adopted the Consumer Bill of Rights & Responsibilities. The goal of establishing this bill of rights was to give patients greater confidence in the American healthcare system
and to ensure openness between patients and healthcare providers.

We at Hand Surgery Associates live up to every standard given in the Patient Bill of Rights.   We do so in order to provide our patients with the highest quality of care.
